Accepted Insurance
We accept insurance through Alma (WA, OR, MN, IA, KS, NM) and Headway (MT), networks that manage billing and eligibility.

Alma : for patients in OR, WA, MN, IA, KS, and NM
Headway : for patients in MT
Out-of-Network & Self-Pay
If you don’t have insurance or your plan is not accepted, you may choose to pay out of pocket.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
(60 minutes): $350
Follow-up visits:
30 minutes: $150
45 minutes (extended session): $175
At this time, we do not provide superbills or documentation for out-of-network reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted forms: credit/debit cards (processed securely through Alma, Headway, and Stripe).
Payment Details
Policies
Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee or $75.
Refills & Communication: Medication refill requests and secure messages must be submitted through the Patient Portal.
