Care & Services

  • We provide care for adults (18+).

  • We focus on mood, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, hormone-related mental health, and root-cause concerns. See the Conditions Treated page for details.

  • No, we provide hormone-informed care but do not prescribe hormones at this time.

  • No, we do not prescribe or taper stimulants, benzodiazepines, or hypnotic sleep medications (e.g., Adderall, Vyvanse, Xanax, Ambien).

  • Yes. Many of our patients are medication-hesitant or want to explore holistic alternatives. We also support patients who wish to safely reduce or stop medications (non-controlled).

Appointments & Process

  • Yes. All new patients start with a free 15-minute consultation to ensure our services and scope of practice fit your needs.

  • The initial evaluation (60 minutes) includes a full psychiatric assessment, review of history, and discussion of your goals. Together, we create a personalized plan.

  • Most patients are seen monthly at first, with spacing adjusted based on stability and needs.

  • Yes — we primarily provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management, but we also integrate brief psychotherapy when appropriate. This may include supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or solution- focused strategies.

    These therapy approaches are often provided briefly during medication management sessions.

    For patients seeking ongoing weekly psychotherapy, we collaborate closely with therapists and can provide referrals.

Insurance & Payment

  • Yes, we accept insurance through Alma and Headway. Learn more and check your coverage.

  • Evaluations: $350. Follow-ups: $150 (30 min) / $175 (45 min).

  • No. We do not provide superbills at this time.

Policies

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee or $75.

  • Refill requests must be sent through the Patient Portal. Please allow 2 business days.

  • Use the secure Patient Portal for all non-urgent communication. Messages are answered within 2–3 business days.

Technology & Privacy

  • All visits are via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. You’ll receive a link before each appointment.

  • A private space, stable internet, and a device with video/audio capability.

  • Yes. We use HIPAA-compliant platforms (IntakeQ, Alma, secure telehealth). Email and the general contact form are not secure for personal health details.
